Personal information will be requested if you are interested in enrolling your child. Only basic information relevant required by the state of Nebraska Health and Human Services will be required.
Only serious candidates should enroll. We do not collect or store any information about you or your child without your knowledge.
A confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge you are requesting more information about openings for enrollment to validate your interest.
